Before reporting an issue

Confirm Chrome and the extension are up to date.
Reload the affected SIS page once.
Note the extension version, page name, selected term, reproduction steps, and visible error.
Check whether the same action works in the original SIS interface.

Protect your account

Never send a SIS password, authentication cookie, full transcript, or unredacted student record. Crop screenshots and remove names, IDs, grades, advisor details, and session URLs.

Security reports

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through the developer contact on the Chrome Web Store listing. Do not publish active exploits or student data.
